Domestic Shipping Policy (India)
We ship anywhere in India.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a working day are usually shipped the same day, subject to:

Stock availability
Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days, depending on location.
Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Orders involving engraving or customization will be dispatched within 10 working days.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once the order is shipped.
Order Cancellation Policy (By Customer)
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order without any penalty.

Refunds for eligible cancellations may take up to 21 days to reflect.
Important Notes
Cancellation requests made after 6 hours will not be accepted.
If the order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
The decision of Yuvan Trading Company regarding cancellation shall be final and binding.
Perishable Products
Cancellation of perishable items is not allowed once the order is placed.
Any cost incurred will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation by Yuvan Trading Company
Yuvan Trading Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as:
Incorrect product pricing
Stock unavailability
Serviceable area limitations
Any other unavoidable reason
In such cases:
A 100% refund will be issued
The customer will be notified accordingly
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, any additional delivery cost will be charged to the customer.
Replacement & Return Policy
Eligible for Replacement (Within 7 Days)
Replacement requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, except for the following:
Not Eligible for Return/Replacement
Perishable products
Gift certificates
Used or opened items
Items not returned in original condition
Damaged items returned to us
Products delivered outside India
Products or spare parts (except in case of manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered)
Replacement Conditions
Replacement is applicable only if:
Item is damaged during transit
Manufacturing defect is found
Wrong product is delivered
Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement will be processed only after confirmation from Yuvan Trading Company.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
One-side shipping charges for replacement are to be borne by the customer.
Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, charges will still apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
Product is unavailable
Vendor fails to ship the product on time
Delivery address is outside serviceable area
Refund Terms
100% refund will be issued in eligible cases
Refund will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may vary based on bank/payment gateway
